Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 112 Rue Esplanade, Slidell, La., for Blake Logan Carpenter, 15, of Slidell who passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Northshore Hospital in Slidell. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by: his mother, Charlotte Carpenter of Slidell; brothers: Micholas Ryan Carpenter and Cedric Elijah Carpenter both of Slidell; grandparents, Maggie Carpenter and Gordon Carpenter of Picayune. He was also the nephew of Theresa and Tom Milar and Tim and Robin Carpenter all of Picayune, and Jim and Joy Carpenter of Carriere.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 12 noon until time of service in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Interment to follow at New Palestine Cemetery in Picayune.
