Three adults and a juvenile have been charged in a baseball bat attack that left two teenagers hospitalized.

DeSoto County Sheriff Bill Rasco says the fight took place Sunday in a wooded area and stemmed from text messages that started months ago.

He says one victim received a message to “stop running his mouth.” Investigators are trying to determine what that meant.
