Supervisors on Monday restored $100,000 in funding they had originally cut from the county library systems’ budget and also an $11,000 cut to the SPCA-operated Picayune Animal Shelter.

However, the restoration was done with a proviso that it will be restored on a month-by-month basis until supervisors can review and amend their 2009-10 budget, which they adopted on Sept. 14.
