STORM SHUTTERS — Storm shutters are popping up on city buildings where city personnel are expected to ride out the next major hurricane. This set of storm shutters was installed on the Picayune Criminal Justice Center on Monday. Also, all Picayune fire stations, except the new one under construction, now have storm shutters. The new station on South Loftin is equipped with storm-proof glass. The last building that will have shutters installed will be city hall. Installation workers estimate it will take about a week to install the shutters on all the windows at city hall. (
