Performing arts center director reinstated
David Dallas, the recently suspended director of Delta State University’s performing arts center, is back on the job.
The university, in a statement released Monday, said DSU President John Hilpert reinstated Dallas after a review of Dallas’ appeal.
School officials have cited the privacy of personnel matters in refusing to discuss what led to Dallas’ suspension and subsequent placement on administrative leave or what remedies led to his reinstatement.
Dallas has been director of the Bologna Performing Arts Center since 2005.
