Cleveland Clark

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 1 p.m. in New Hebron Baptist Church for Cleveland Clark 82, of New Orleans, La., who passed away May 10, 2009 in Touro Infirmary.

The Rev. Willie D. Rawls will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Carriere Cemetery under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Home.

A native of Clayton, La., he was a retired truck driver, a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the New Hebron Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by: his beloved wife, Odell Trust Clark; his parents, Benny and Hattie Clark; brothers, Sammy and Benny Clark.

Cleveland leaves to cherish his memories: three sons, Roger L. Clark Sr., Allen T. Clark Sr. ,and Dana S. Clark Sr.; one daughter, Barbara D. Clark; one brother, Otis Clark; two sisters, Mary Clark and Enzie Parker; nine grandchildren; six great–grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Brown’s Funeral Home of Picayune, Ms. is in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. in New Hebron Baptist Church in Carriere, Ms.
