A Biloxi man accused of a fatal shooting that occurred outside of a Hatttiesburg restaurant is being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.

Jeremey Scott Clark is accused of murder in the Wednesday night slaying of John Alexander Edwards II outside a steakhouse.

During an initial court appearance on Friday, Clark’s attorney told a judge that the shooting was accidental. Police have said the shooting took place after the two 21-year-old men had an altercation.
