Shooter, girlfriend turn selves in

The suspect involved in a shooting and his girlfriend turned themselves in on charges filed against them by Waveland Police Department.
At about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Justin Columbus Mark and Roni Levelia Lizana turned themselves into the Waveland Police Department. Justin Mark was identified as the person who shot Derek Bradley, the father to Roni Levelia Lizana’s children, according to a press release from the Waveland Police Department.
Mark, 34, of 2314 Walker Street Picayune, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Mark is scheduled for an initial appearance in Waveland Municipal Court on April 16, at 9 a.m. Mark’s bond has been set at $50,000 by Waveland Municipal Judge Frank Whitman, the release states.
Lizana, 28, of 711 Hogan St., Waveland, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (cocaine) and accessory after the fact. Lizana is scheduled for an initial appearance in Waveland Municipal Court on April 16, at 9 a.m. Lizana is being held on a $45,000 bond set by Waveland Municipal Judge Frank Whitman.
The cocaine that was seized at Lizana’s residence on Hogan Street was a little more than two pounds. On the street broken up the cocaine is worth approximately $90,000, the release states.
