Both party committees will hold a mandatory training session for poll workers working in the upcoming city official election.

Picayune City Clerk Priscilla Daniel said the training will take place at 6 p.m. at Magnolia Columns on Thursday. All poll workers are required to attend.

A demonstration of the counting machine used to tally votes will be conducted at 10 a.m. April 30, in the Utility Department at City Hall, Daniel said.
