Police say a crash involving several vehicles in Biloxi sent three people to the hospital.

Biloxi Police Sgt. Jackie Rhodes says the crash occurred Wednesday when one vehicle slammed into the back of another at the intersection of Veterans Avenue and U.S. Highway 90, causing a chain reaction accident involving five vehicles.

Rhodes said three of drivers — 48-year-old Mark Reyes of Mobile, Ala., 30-year-old Ryan Daly of Biloxi, and 61-year-old Gwynith Odom of Vancleave, — were taken to the Biloxi Regional Medical Center. Their injuries were not life threatening.
