Circuit Judge Roger T. Clark has declared a mistrial in the trial of a Biloxi man accused of posing as a homebuyer when he allegedly shot and killed a Wiggins homeowner and injured two others in 2006.

Clark made the ruling Tuesday after attorneys were unable to select a jury to hear the case against Gregory Glen Ferguson.

Ferguson is accused of shooting to death homeowner Tina Havard and injuring Havard’s nephew and Dorothy “Dottie” Lanier, a Saucier resident and a realtor, in June 2006.
