The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors meets at 9 a.m. Monday at its boardroom in the old county courthouse.

Consider sheriff’s business:

— Personnel.

— Receipt of check from Cuevas Auction.

Discuss zoning in county relating to firearms.

Consider American General re: subdividing.

Citizens Action Team.

Pearl River Basin Development District update on funds.

Consider Planning and Development business:

— President to sign letters to MDA on a planning grant.

— Discuss fence on Buck Lumpkin Road.

Authorize clerk to publish review of flood plain and wetland action.

Authorize president to sign disclosure report CDBG.

Acknowledge award of CDBG.

Authorize president to sign CDBG requisition $5 – Jay-van Inv. #1 and direct clerk to issue payment.

Tax Assessor/Collector business:

— Reductions.

— Mobile home cancellations.

— Homestead exemptions.

— Homestead corrections.

Inventory clerk request authorization for Chancery Clerk to sign title.

Accept Poplarville school district audit for fiscal year ended June 30, 2007.
