Zachary Riley, who was denied bond in Lamar County Justice Court after officially being charged with having sex with two minors, could be facing additional charges in Forrest County.
Forrest County District Attorney Jon Mark Weathers said Thursday that investigators have informed him that they intend to bring four charges against Riley, including two counts of child molestation, one count of statutory rape and one count of sexual battery.
The 23-year-old Riley, of Sumrall, made his first court appearance Thursday and was denied bail by Judge Bill Anderson in Lamar County on three felony charges, including two counts of statutory rape and one count of child molestation.
Riley, who taught routines and tutored local cheerleading squads, was returned to the Lamar County Jail, where he has been held after being arrested early Wednesday.
