A Natchez High School student has died in a Christmas Day traffic accident.

Adams County deputies say 16-year-old Larry Brown Jr. was killed Thursday when his car ran off a county road and struck a tree.

Adams County Coroner James Lee says Brown died from head and neck trauma.

An investigation of the accident is ongoing.
