A Natchez man has been arrested on charges of DUI test refusal after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a home.
No one was hurt in early Sunday’s crash, but 17-year-old Hilton Crumb barely escaped injury. He had fallen asleep while watching television at the foot of his bed when 39-year-old Scott Fisher Slover reportedly plowed into the home, colliding with Crumb’s bed.
Crumb was able to move out of the way before the crash.
Police Chief Mike Mullins said Slover was offered the DUI breath test, but refused.
Slover was detained on a $771 bond.
