Authorities say they’ve arrested a couple for the second time in less than a month on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Agents with the Jackson County Narcotics Task Force say the pair was arrested Sunday in Helena, at the same home where they were arrested Dec. 4. Curtis Spiers, the task force commander, says 41-year-old Lee Box and his wife, 30-year-old Stacey Box, were found hiding in a bathroom.

Spiers says Stacey Box had posted bond. Her husband was released to an inpatient rehabilitation program, but was allowed to leave to visit a doctor.

Spiers says the couple allegedly was trying to destroy their meth lab at the home. A county court judge revoked bond for both people, and they were in the county jail Monday. If convicted, they face fines up to $2 million and up to 60 years in prison.
