Alvy Irene Strickland, 90, formerly of Picayune, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at Woodland Village Nursing Center in Diamondhead.

Services are at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at Picayune Funeral Home.

Burial is in Lee’s Chapel #2 Cemetery.

Visitation is 12 noon-2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at the funeral home.
