Prosecutors said Minter was the gunman in the shootings of 54-year-old Harold “Bucky” Levron and 38-year-old Christine Suber. They were found dead after a burglary at Levron’s home.

Minter was one of four people charged in the case. Two have pleaded guilty and a third is awaiting trial.
