Greene County supervisor Earnest Holder faces up to 15 years in prison following his indictment on federal charges of bribery and perjury.

U.S. Attorney Dunn Lampton said Monday in a release that Holder faces a two-count indictment. He said Holder has been released from jail on a $20,000 bond. The indictment says Holder solicited and accepted bribes as a supervisor.

Lampton did not release how much money Holder is accused of accepting or what those who allegedly offered the bribes got in return.
