Bond has been set at $1 million for a Mount Olive man charged with murder in the shooting death of a 22-year-old woman.
Kemiaya Jackson was shot to death Sunday at her apartment complex in Hattiesburg. Police have arrested 26-year-old Perry Graves and charged him with murder.
Municipal Judge Jolly W. Matthews set Graves’ bond at $1 million Monday during his initial court appearance. Graves, who had no attorney present, testified that he had no prior felony convictions.
