Planning Commission meets Tuesday

The Planning Commission for Picayune meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the council’s chambers at City Hall, 815 N. Beech St.
Included on the agenda are:
Public hearing on rezoning parcel 6175220040300201 from light industrial to highway commercial.
Public hearing on a 1,500-foot variance request for 600 S. Haugh for a mobile home park, requested by owner Yvonne Simpson.
Public hearing on rezoning parcel 617-111-002-03-03200 on Circle Drive from two family residential to multifamily residential, requested by owners Janice Lynn Franklin Mitchell and Jeff Wylie.
Public hearing on request to subdivide parcel 617-111-001-03-07000 on Cayten to one conforming lot to four lots to construct duplexes, requested by owner Ted Musgrove.
Request for conditional use by Marie Gilcrease and Kevin Avin to place a mobile home at 1503 Gilcrease St. on property zoned two-family residential.
Request for home occupation license by Coleman B. Davis to operate a general maintenance business at 2109 Walker Street in an R-4 zone.
