A healthier Kentucky team will be on hand to face Mississippi State on Saturday.
Coach Rich Brooks announced that he will be able to field the entire starting offensive line for the only the second time this season and said injured players in other positions would see action. Offensive tackle Justin Jeffries, safety Marcus McClinton and linebacker Micah Johnson will all start. Tight end Maurice Grinter and defensive tackle Myron Pryor would be available against the Bulldogs. Each was hobbled by injury at the beginning of the week and had been questionable.
The coach also said there would not be significant changes in the offense when freshman quarterback Randall Cobb takes the reins as the starter for the first time on Saturday.
Also, Mississippi State coach Sylvester Croom has suspended kicker Eric Richards indefinitely for breaking team rules.
Croom announced the suspension Thursday in a news release and did not specify what rule Richards broke.
Richards, a redshirt freshman from Vicksburg, has handled kickoff duties occasionally this season, but injuries have kept him sidelined much of the year.
