Store owner Paul Hiatt, who was arrested and released on bond, says police only took $13,000 from his store and the gun was registered. He expects to get the gun back. Hiatt also said there were only 35 people at his store gambling, not the 60 the police found.

Those charged with misdemeanor gambling will appear in city court.
