The state Supreme Court is seeking public comments on the proposed Uniform Rules of Youth Court Practice.

The deadline is September 29 for submitting public comments.

The Supreme Court created a 12-member task force for Youth Court rules of procedure and charged it with overseeing development of a set of uniform rules of procedure for youth courts.

The Supreme Court will consider comments from the bench, the bar and the public before finalizing uniform rules.
