Nancy Lee Salts, 62, of Picayune, passed away August 31, 2008 in Harrisonburg, Va. A memorial service will be held at Chapel of Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, W. Va., Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at 7 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in Picayune at a later date.
