Meridian Police are searching for a man who man walked into the Great Southern National Bank located and fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police say the man approached one of the teller windows at about 2:10 p.m. Thursday and presented the teller with a note.

Authorities say the suspect didn’t produce a gun or other weapon but made a movement to the teller as if he was armed.

The suspect is described as a tall and slender bald white male, between the age of 35 and 45, who was wearing a blue suit, tie and sunglasses.
