Two people, including the widow of the victim, have been arrested in the slaying of a Gulfport man.

Harrison County Sheriff’s Major Randy Cook say Samuel Lee Croff Junior was arrested Thursday at victim L.M. Holder’s home in North Gulfport. Croff was being held without bond.

Brenda Janice Stewart Holder has been charged with felony hindering prosecution, perjury and accessory after the fact to murder. Her bond was set at $1,000.

The body of L.M. Holder, who was 65, was found Tuesday in the Lyman community near where he was building a new home. He was shot multiple times.

Cook says authorities believe the shooting was the result of a domestic argument.
