DayJet has ended its air taxi service to the Trent Lott International Airport in Moss Point.
DayJet ceased service this past week, saying it ran out of money.
The company flew three-passenger Eclipse jets to 60 small airports in the Southeast, including Mobile’s Brookley Field, Fairhope’s Sonny Callahan Airport and Pensacola Regional Airport.
The company said it would not issue refunds for unused tickets.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, the company had aimed to carry business travelers between airports poorly served by commercial airlines.
The company had begun service in October 2007.
