Would someone please explain to me why Shell regular gas is $3.489 in Poplarville and $3.669 in Picayune? A difference of $.18 per gallan 20 miles apart!

This is not the fist time I have noticed that gas is much higher in Picayune than Poplarville or Slidell. It is bad enough to have to pay such high prices for gas, but to hate to pay $.18 per gallon difference in Picayune is a shame.
