Picayune’s First Presbyterian Church will be available for a shelter if needed.

If anyone needs shelter from Hurricane Gustav the church will be available. Pastor Stan Layton said interested parties should contact him at 601-798-6189 or 601-590-0666 if they are interested. The shelter will not open if there is not a need, he said.

The church will also be available for worship and Sunday school on Sunday.
