Police say they are holding a 55-year-old registered sex offender after he allegedly was caught looking into a window of a Natchez home.
Police Chief Mike Mullins says Horace Bolden was taken into custody before dawn Monday outside the home on LaSalle Street.
Mullins says the person filing the complaint said a man was knocking on her window. The chief says there was enough evidence to file a “peeping Tom” charge in the case.
Authorities say Bolden was convicted Feb. 2, 1991, for attempted sexual battery in Adams County.
