Sidney Backstrom, who pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to bribe a state judge, will serve his 28-month sentence in a Forrest City, Arkansas, federal prison.

Federal court records show Backstrom will report to the Federal Correctional Institution Satellite Camp by 2 p.m. on August 4.

Court records show Zach Scruggs, who pleaded guilty to a lesser felony of knowing about a crime but not reporting it, has been recommended for the Federal Prison Camp at Pensacola, Florida, for his 14-month sentence. He is to report August 15.

There is no word yet on where Richard “Dickie” Scruggs, who also pleaded guilty in the scheme, will serve his five-year sentence. He asked for the Pensacola facility. He also will report to prison August 4.
