A Gulfport man has been arrested and charged with molesting two girls at a popular Biloxi River park.

Deputy Police Chief Alfred Sexton says officers arrested Rickey Dale Meshell on Wednesday and charged him with two counts of touching of a child for lustful purposes.

A criminal complaint says the 50-year-old molested two 12-year-old girls who were former neighbors at Dedeaux Park.
