The Mississippi attorney general’s office says a Colorado man has been arrested on a home repair fraud charge stemming from a Hurricane Katrina related case.

Attorney General Jim Hood says 33-year-old Ryan P. Lesser of Denver was arrested in Biloxi following an investigation by his office. He says Lesser was later released from the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility under a $50,000 bond.

Hood says the charge stems from a complaint filed by a Biloxi resident against Leeser, an owner of Elite Custom Homes LLC., alleging Lesser was given money for repair work that was never performed.
