The boil water notices issued by Pearl River Central Water Association and Center Water Association last week have been lifted.

Pearl River Central Water’s notice was for the Carriere area and for all those customers who lost water service due to a main line leak. Central Water’s was for customers living on Caesar Road south of the intersection with Shelton Pearson Road and for Eaves and George Pearson roads, Woodridge Subdivision and Rolling Oaks.

Tests of water samples now indicate water in those areas is now safe to drink.
