The Louisiana State Police are looking for a girl who allegedly ran away with an older man.

A release from the department states that on Saturday, Feb. 9, 14 year-old Brooke Cameron Boudreaux voluntarily left her Livingston Parish home with 39 year-old Eldridge Glen Istre, Jr. Due to the nature of the current outstanding felony warrants for Istre, she is considered an endangered runaway.

Boudreaux has red hair, green eyes and wears eyeglasses. She is 5 fee, 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds.

Istre has brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds.

They are believed to be traveling in a 1988-1992 Chevrolet blue pick up truck with stripes along the side. The pick up truck should bear a Louisiana license plate number of V104329 and an expired 2006 inspection sticker, the release states.

They could possibly be traveling to the Lafayette area. Istre has outstanding warrants for sexual battery in a separate case and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile for leaving with Brooke Boudreaux without the mother’s consent, the release states.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the child and/or suspect is asked to contact the Livingston Parish Sheriffs Office at 1-800-443-7681 or 1-225-686-2241.
