A message from Flat Stanley…

Greetings PRC. Since we last met, I have had lots of great experiences in your county and beyond.

Friday night I was treated to a special evening out with former Lifestyles Editor Tracy Williams and her son Luke. They dressed me up in a Tuxedo and took me to the PRC ROTC Cadet Ball. I got to dance, take pictures, and hang out with the students. Tracy was fun, and fabulous.

Shortly after the ball, I got dressed down and was whisked away to New Orleans where I was I was given special V.I.P. treatment at the Hard Rock Cafe for their 20th anniversary celebration. I enjoyed good food and great New Orleans style music. I even got to meet New Orleans own Theresa Andersson, singer/songwriter. She was sweet, and I liked her. Please don’t tell Tracy.

Here is a sneak peak of what I have to look forward to this week. I will be visiting West Side Elementary where I am to be reunited with an old friend, not sure what that means! I am also going to Stennis Space Center for a surprise, and that’s all they will tell me about that.

Hmmh, whatever it is, I am really just enjoying being here. Thanks!
