Suspects sought

Two suspects are sought by the Picayune Police Department in conjunction for their alleged involvement in a rape and kidnapping.

The incident took place on Nov. 10, where two suspects entered a residence and held the residents at gunpoint, according to a press release from the Pearl River County Crime Stoppers.

A female victim was taken from the residence and raped at another home during the crime, the release states. After the crime the suspects left in a blue 1985 Chevy Blazer with the tag number 093-PTM.

The suspects are identified as Patrick Washington and Michael Magee. Washington is described as a black male, 43 years of age, 5’10” and weighing 150 pounds, black shoulder length dreadlocks, brown eyes and a last known address of 1636 Nixon St.; his alias is “Patcho”. Magee is described as a black male, 40 years of age, 5’11”, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a last known address of 1007 Clover Circle, the release states.

Washington is wanted on the charges of rape and kidnapping and Magee is wanted for the charges of kidnapping and accessory after the fact, the release states.

Information pertaining to the location of the vehicle or the suspects can be directed to Crime Stoppers at 601-799-CLUE (2583). As always the name of the informant is not required to be eligible for a reward, the release states.
