Planning Commission meets Tuesday

The Picayune Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the council’s chambers at the new Picayune City Hall, 815 N. Beech St.

Included on the agenda are:

Public hearings on variance requests by Semeecha Patrick on lot width of 50 by 150 feet for construction of new home at 410 N. Blanks Ave., and by Dennis Collier to allow set backs to build duplex on parcel 6176140030500100 on South Haugh Avenue.

Conditional use request by Darryl Whitfield for flea market 2302 E. Canal St. to allow temporary tents for vendors to be replaced by metal pavilions as business grows.
