The attorney general’s office said Tuesday that an Ohio man has been charged with felony home repair fraud.

Attorney General Jim Hood said in a news release that Chaun L. Baker, 36, was arrested by U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force on Sunday. Hood said Baker’s brother, Robert Lewis, also was arrested on related charges on Nov. 7.

Hood said Baker and Lewis received payment for work “that had to be completely removed and replaced after it failed inspection by the city of Pass Christian building inspectors.”
