GRA Community Health Organization is a non-profit organizatin dedicated to improving scial and health disparities in the community. Our focus is on the empowerment of individuals and communities to make effective decisions regarding education, health, economic growth and stability.

Therefore, GRA Communtiy Health Organization is proud to announce their 2008 community project. The main goal of the 2008-09 year is to build a community center that focuses on interactive programs related to the six areas of wellness: Physical, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, Mental and Emotional health. The health education programs are designed to focus on health issues related to heart disease, asthma, diabeters and many other health issues affexcting our comunity. We want to encompass the entire family in the process of improving health through understanding their famiy history. Education classes will be fun and informative such as “Cooking Healthy Without Changing Culture and Tradition”. We realize how difficult it is to change our southern heritage.
