Picayune Planning Commission meets Tuesday

The Picayune Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Council’s Chambers at the new City Hall, 815 N. Beech St.
Included on the agenda are:
Consider approving the minutes of the Aug. 14 meeting.
Public hearing on rezoning the site of the former Wood Treating Plant from I-2 (heavy industrial) to O-S (open space).
Public hearing on request by Gentry E. Davis to subdivide parcel 6171110020300200, 211 Farrell St., into three parcels
Request by Ward Griffing as Pair of Jacks LLC to use a modular home as an office for manufactured home sales on U.S. 11 N.
Request by Mark Gibson for a preliminary and final subdivision plat to re-subdivide a parcel on West Sycamore Road into two lots to construct two duplex units.
Request by James Alexander for a Home Occupation license for an office for a trucking company, Superman Trucking, inside an existing home at 112 Carver Dr.
Request by James Dedeaux to rezone 220 N. Haugh Ave. from R-2 (2-family residential) to C-2 (downtown commercial).
