Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel for David Bradley Mitchell, 38, of Poplarville, who passed away Sunday, August 12, 2007 in Poplarville.

Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune.

The Rev. Dan Finley will officiate at the service.

A native of Picayune, he was a construction worker and a member of the Resurrection Life Worship Center.

He was preceded in death by: his mother, Patricia Ann Mitchell; his grandparents, Leamon and Dorothy Mitchell and Vaughn and Helen Brayson.

Survivors include: his fiancé, Stephanie Fortune of Poplarville; his father, Ronnie Mitchell of Picayune; his children, Brittany Mitchell and Kayla Mitchell of Huntsville, Ala., David “Davey” Mitchell II,

Michael “Mikey” Mitchell and Destanie Mitchell of Poplarville; step-children, Michael Hepburn of Poplarville and Lindsey Stockstill of Arlington, Texas; one sister, Teresa Gerald of Richton, Miss.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.
