Gladys Wilson Ball was a mother a caregiver and a wonderful friend to all who knew her. She was a resident of Carriere, MS. She passed away Friday, July 20 2007 in Picayune, MS at the age of 73.

She is preceded in death by both her parents Robert (Bob) Wilson and Elizabeth Parker Wilson, and one great grandson, Jallo Wilson.

She is survived by one son: Chester (Susie Haralson) Wilson of Carriere; one brother: Chester (Gladys) Vaughn of Picayune; three grandchildren: Talisa McCormick of Knoxville, TN, Quincy Wilson of Grayson, and Gladys Wilson of New Orleans, La.

Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2007 at St. Matthews Baptist Church, 2101 James Thomas St. in Picayune where the Rev. Donald Parker is pastor. Visitation will be at the church two hours prior to service time. Burial will follow at the Parker Family Cemetery.
