Clifford O. Boatman 89, of Corinth, MS, died May 26, 2007 at the Mississippi State Veterans’ Home in Oxford, MS.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 1 p.m. with Minister Brad Dillingham officiating.

Burial will be held at Corinth National Cemetery, under the direction of the McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors.

Mr. Boatman is survived by his wife of 60 years Margaret Byrd Boatman of Corinth; two sons, Jerry Boatman and wife Judy of Picayune, MS; Danny Boatman and wife Jackie of Corinth; one daughter Lynn Haynle and husband Tim of Corinth; one brother, Sonny Boatman of Corinth; one sister, Nelda Parrish of Corinth; two sister-in laws, Frances Byrd of Farming, Anne Byrd of Tuka; three grandchildren, Amy Davis and husband Frank Davis of Corinth, Kathleen Boatman of New York City, Rebecca Hartfield and husband Clark of Hattiesburg, MS. and two great grandsons, Frank Archerand and John Leland Davis.
