The mud bog on March 3 brought in more than 2500 people and the crowd raised $836.00 for two cancer patients, 3 year old Christian Licciardi and 40 year old Ernie Graeter. In addition to the money raised by the crowd, Ken Banks of Seminole, Fla., owner of K.B. Landscaping Inc., matched the donation with a check for $836.00, making a grand total collected of $1672.00. Mr. Banks has only been in the area for two weeks working with FEMA. We would like to thank Mr. Banks for his kindness and generous donation.

Mud bog events are the 1st Saturday of every month. Gates open at 12 noon. Easter egg hunt will be on April 7, 2007. Easter bunny will arrive at 3 pm. For more information call 601-749-8333.
