Recently a Pearl River County man was reported missing, which is unusual behavior for him according to his wife.

The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department received the call on March 15, from a woman concerned about her husband’s well being, according to a press release from the department. The wife said the last time she saw her husband was the morning of March 14.

The man’s name is Kelaani A. Samiia, 41, of 2419 E. Canal St. He is described as a white male about five feet, nine inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. The last time his wife saw him he was wearing a blue shirt with black pants and white tennis shoes, the release states.

It is not like Samiia to leave and not report his whereabouts to his wife, the release states. Samiia also did not take a vehicle and his cell phone was left at the home.
