Services are at 12 noon Tuesday, Nov. 28, at East Jerusalem Baptist Church for Vickie LaSalle “Pumpkin” Haynes, 32, of Picayune, who died Monday, Nov. 20, 2006.

The Rev. Brian K. Dees officiates at the service. Burial is in Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, she was a member of South Side Elementary kick ball team and a member of East Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Luther Haynes of Picayune and her grandmother, Lucille Waters of Picayune.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Classie Mae Haynes

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, at the funeral home, and 11 a.m.-12 noon Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the church.
