Services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church for Lucy Mae Rowell, 89, of Carriere, who died Nov. 18, 2006.

The Rev. Wayne Rice officiates at the service, assisted by the Rev. Kenneth Flynt. Burial is in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Jasper City, she was a telephone operator and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two borthers, Jack Rowell of West Point and Ralph B. Rowell of Picayune, and a sister, Catherine R. Dossett of Picayune.

Visitation is 5:30-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at the funeral home.
