Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 7, for Janice Y. Lingenfelter, 78, of Diamondhead, who died Friday Nov. 3, 2006.

The Rev. Toby Lofton, the Rev. Geoffrey Joyner and the Rev. Alvin Lingenfelter officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Hattiesburg, she was a homemaker and a member of Broad Meadow United Methodist Church.

Survivors include five sons, Roy Hathcock and Jamie Hathcock both of Bonita Springs, Fla., Kevin Hathcock of Puyallup, Wash., Vance Hathcock of Diamondhead and Alvin Lingenfelter of LaGrange, Ga.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 7 in the McDonald Funeral Home.
